Appliances (White Goods)
Includes household appliances such as washers, dryers, stoves/ranges (without ballasts), refrigerators, and freezers (with tags indicating refrigerants have been removed)
Prepared pieces smaller than 60″x 24” over 1/4“ thick.
Vehicle is drained of all fluids and the tires/wheels have been removed.
No.2 Steel shall consist of clean iron & steel scrap with a minimum thickness of 1/8″, and a maximum size of 60″x18″ (charging box size) prepared in a manner to ensure compact charging.
Light sheet steel with a small amount of contamination. Includes household appliances, hot water heaters, steel mattress coils, 4 wheelers, riding lawn mowers, tin, steel siding, and roofing.
Auto Cast (rotors)
Clean drums and rotors and must not contain steel parts including camshafts, valves, valve springs, and studs. Free of non-ferrous and non-metallic parts.
Iron that is at least 1/4” thick and is longer than 3 ft. Includes cast iron, vehicle motors (engine blocks), and structural steel, such as I-beams.
